| The Ring Code: Once you have completed the submit form you then need to place the Erotic Art Webring html code (HTML fragment) on your webpage. This HTML code should arrive to you via automatic e-mail response to your membership submission. Download a copy of the Erotic Art WebRing's Logo onto your hard drvive, then upload into your online directory so you could house it on your own server. Simply "right click" and "save as file". |

After submitting your Erotic Art webpage for membership into this webring, you should receive an automatic E-Mail confirmation of membership submission which should include the Erotic Art Webring html code (aka the HTML fragment) for your site. If for some reason you don't receive this automatic e-mail, simply, re-submit for membership. Having not received an automated reply means that the Ring server did not recognize your submission. WHAT HAPPENS NOW? Put the Erotic Art Webring HTML fragment on your ENTERY or main page ASAP (please give it clear & prominent visibility if you have other banners and webring's in place)! Do not wait for notification of acceptance at this point just simply add the HTML fragment and logo to your webpage. ***When this is done send a confirmatory e-mail to the ringmaster. Once you have added the code to your page remember to put your site name in place of "PUT YOUR SITE NAME HERE" and also your "e-mail address." The code mailed to you should now automatically include your correct ring ID number. As our time is very limited, sites are only added once to twice a month. So it is important that your HTML code/logo be in proper functioning order at the time your site is reviewed. |

** If your site uses a 'FRAMES' type of site design, you'll need to ensure that every link in the HTML fragment opens up in a new window, so our surfers are not trapped within one of your site windows. We will not accept sites into this Ring who do not comply with this. ** Double check to ensure that you have the proper ID number in your HTML code which you were provided by automated reply at the time of submission. Sites with improper ID numbers will be deleted. ** Please do not send us requests for HTML assistance, for we have limited time. We expect all webmasters to be profient enough to add a simple HTML fragment to their site. ** Place the HTML code on your ENTRY page where it will received high visibility. Codes placed in hidden or obscure positions, or on any other page on your site, will cause the deletion of your site from the queue immediately. ** Do not CAPITALIZE your site name and/or site description. You may capitalize a single word or two for empahsis only. Do not use icons in your submission. ** Be sure to read the complete terms of membership to ensure your site is in compliance. ** If the code is not placed on your site within 10 to 14 days of joining the queue, the site will be automatically removed from the queue.
