Our WebRing HTML fragment and logo must appear on your main page proudly, not on your links page, nor on a seperate 'webring listings' page nor any other page that is obscured and difficult to locate. This is to ensure the easiest navigation for the surfers of this webring AND, more importantly, to ensure high visibility to those unfamiliar with the Erotic Photography and Art WebRing. We expect that your site will afford the Erotic Art WebRing exposure to new surfers. If you are currently a member of other webrings that have overtly large or vertical logos, or an abundance of sponsorship banners such that placing our HTML fragment/logo under such is considered obscuring and/or burying it. We are stringent upon this expectation of sites and hopefully you'll understand that this rule is in place to protect the entire collective, our contributing membership.

Sites who display the HTML fragment in an obscure or hidden position, in our discretion, will be asked to reposition it to our mutual satisfaction. If you use Microsoft Front Page ensure that the logo for the Erotic Art WebRing is visible to Netscape Navigator users.

The Ring Code and Logo: Once you have completed the submit form you then need to place the Erotic Photography and Art Webring html code (HTML fragment) on your webpage. This should arrive to you via automatic e-mail response to your membership submission.

After submitting your Erotic Photography or Art webpage for membership into this webring, you should receive an automated E-Mail confirmation of membership submission which should include the Erotic Photography & Art Webring HTML code (aka the HTML fragment) for your site. If for some reason you don't receive this automatic e-mail, try re-submitting again until you receive it.

WHAT HAPPENS NOW? Put the Erotic Photography & Art Webring HTML fragment on your ENTRY page (please give it clear & prominent visibility if you have other banners and webring's in place)! Do not wait for notification of acceptance at this point just simply add the HTML fragment and logo to your webpage. When this is done send a confirmatory e-mail to the ringmaster. Once you have added the code to your page remember to put your site name in place of "PUT YOUR SITE NAME HERE". The code mailed to you should now automatically include your correct ring ID number.

IMPORTANT INFO:
** If your site uses a 'FRAMES' type of site design, you'll need to ensure that every link in the HTML fragment opens up in a new window, so our surfers are not trapped within one of your site windows. We will not accept sites into this Ring who do not comply with this.

** Double check to ensure that you have the proper ID number in your HTML code which you were provided by automated reply at the time of submission. Sites with improper ID numbers will be deleted.

** Please do not send us requests for HTML assistance, for we have limited time. We expect all webmasters to be profient enough to add a simple HTML fragment to their site.

** Place the HTML code on your ENTRY page where it will received high visibility. Codes placed in hidden or obscure positions, or on any other page on your site, will cause the deletion of your site from the queue immediately.

** Do not CAPITALIZE your site name and/or site description. You may capitalize a single word or two for empahsis only. Do not use icons in your submission.

** Be sure to read the complete terms of membership to ensure your site is in compliance.

** Sites whose HTML fragments have broken or non-visible logos will not be added.

** Sites whose HTML fragments have been added to their links page will deleted from the ring queue.

** If the code is not placed on your site within 10 to 14 days of joining the queue, the site will be automatically removed from the queue.
